Shelato Cedar Springs Cottages

Year 2008

 The following outlines terms associated with seasonal rental of the Shelato Cedar Springs Cottages:

 Rental Period:   Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day

 Definitions:  Cottage #3-  West Cottage.    Seasonal Cottage

                      Cottage #5-  Middle Cottage.   Seasonal Cottage

                      Cottage #7-  East Cottage.     Weekly/Monthly Rentals  

 Weekly Rental Terms:  

·        Weekly Rental Amount during the season:   $600 ($550 if you rented from us in 2007)

·        Weekly Rental Amount before Memorial Day or after Labor Day is $400.

·        Included in the rental amount is electricity and garbage pickup fees

·        Nonrefundable deposit of  $300 due to reserve any cottage

·        Balance of rental due the first day of the rental week . 

Check In Time:

·        Check In After 2:00 PM Saturday

·        Check Out Before 10:00AM Saturday. 

 Included In the Rental Agreement

·        1 furnished Cottage including

§         Refrigerator

§         Stove

§         Coffee pot

§         Dishes, utensils, pots, pans

§         TV

·        Boat dock for 1 boat

·        Storage on the property for your boat trailer during your stay

 Things A Renter Should Plan On Bringing To the Cottage

·        Bedding

Cottage 3 has 1 double bed and two twin beds

Cottage 7 has a double bed and a pull out full size sofa sleeper

·        Towels

·        Bar of Soap, Dish Washing Soap, Shampoo, razor, etc…

·        Outdoor Grill and charcoal

·        Birth Certificates/pass port if you plan to travel to Canada
